SHIPPING POLICIES

All orders placed Monday through Friday for in-stock merchandise will be processed on the following business day. We ship via FedEx, UPS and or United State Postal Service (USPS) if necessary. For ground shipping, please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. We offer FREE Standard Ground Shipping on orders over $125 to all US destinations. All other additional shipping options will be charged as noted on the customer checkout page and will be applied as chosen by the buyer. We also offer express shipping. Please contact us by sending an email to support@thebackpackplace.com for more details. All orders will be processed ASAP, or by the next business day.
Please note that we only ship to US destinations, US territories and Military APO's. For other destinations outsite the us please vist our contact us page and proceed to inform us you are a customer outside the United States and we will consider making special arrangments to ship you a product that suits your interest. When ordering multiple items, some products may be shipped seperately.

RETURN POLICIES:
STATEMENT OF REMEDY:
In the event that the product does not conform to this warranty at any time while this warranty is in effect, warrantor will repair the defect and return it to you without charge for parts, service, or any other cost incurred by warrantor in connection with the performance of this warranty. The lifetime warranty set forth above is the sole and entire warranty pertaining to the product and is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties of any nature whatsoever, whether express, implied or arising by operation of law, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty does not cover or provide for the reimbursement or payment of incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow this exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 15 days of the original invoice date for a refund or replacement. To receive a refund or a replacement, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid in as-new condition, in original packaging, and with all warranty cards and accessories.
Please note that we can only process returns and refunds for items purchased online from TheBackPackPlace.com.
PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING PERFORMANCE OF WARRANTY:
If you are certain that the product is defective, pack the product carefully (preferably in its original packaging). Include evidence of original purchase and a note describing the defect that has caused you to return it.

A Returned Goods Authorization number (RA) assigned by TheBackPackPlace.com customer service department is required on all returns. Freight charges for returned goods are the sole responsibility of the returning party with the exception of defective products. If a product is defective, we will pay for return shipping. No returns will be accepted on items that have been discontinued

After speaking with one of our customer service reps. We will advise that you ship the product back to us via FedEx to ensure proper delivery. We will not be responsible for items lost in transit to our center or without a Proof of Delivery signature. It is the customer's responsibility to retain a copy of the return tracking number in the event of a 'lost' shipment until a credit has been issued or a replacement product has been shipped.
NOTE: IF YOU RECEIVED FREE SHIPPING and you are returning the product, you will not receive a full refund. We will credit the price of the item minus the actual shipping. Also, we will charge an 15% restocking fee for all refunds or exchanges.
Receive Your Refund or Replacement:
To Receive Your Refund or Replacement Once the return is received, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your account. Credit will be issued to the payment method or credit card used for your original purchase only (minus shipping cost). You will be notified via email with the appropriate tracking information on your replacement shipment. What are your shipping details? Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. We can also ship it overnight for an additional charge. If an item is not in stock, we will notify you by e-mail to let you know the expected replenish date and ask how you would like to proceed.
